Position Summary: At WRHN, we believe exceptional patient care starts with an exceptional employee experience. As our People Experience Coordinator, you will be the operational heartbeat of our culture, ensuring our staff feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal our community. This position is a critical enabler of the Culture initiatives and Employee Listening Strategy, ensuring seamless, high-impact execution of programs that drive engagement and foster a culture of belonging. By executing key initiatives, the People Experience Coordinator is instrumental in supporting delivering exceptional patient care through nurturing an exceptional people experience, solidifying WRHN as an employer of choice.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Program Execution & People Experience Delivery Executes and coordinates enterprise-wide People Experience programs, including culture, recognition, and well-being initiatives, ensuring inclusive design and successful logistics across all WRHN sites. Drives a culture of pride and belonging by ensuring programs reinforce WRHN's values and ensures an equitable experience for all employees, team members, and physicians. Manages the administration and content integrity of digital platforms (e.g., recognition platforms, SharePoint). Supports vendor relationships and assists with drafting scopes of work to ensure seamless operational continuity and program delivery.
Strategic Data & Operational Rigor
Sustains operational excellence by providing the critical support required to deliver consistent, reliable, and respectful HR interactions that support a positive workplace experience. Manages the full operational lifecycle of our Employee Listening Strategy (surveys, pulse checks) to ensure high participation, accurate data collection, and efficient flow. Provides input into the budget, collects data, and monitors/analyzes expenditures related to the PCE budget, ensuring comprehensive financial reconciliation.
Project Enablement & Employer Brand
Owns the project management lifecycle for assigned People Experience initiatives, including drafting initial project charters, maintaining comprehensive tracking documentation, and monitoring progress across the PCE roadmap. Strengthens the Employer Brand by ensuring the successful execution of high-impact events and communication that showcases WRHN as an employer of choice. Facilitates continuous improvement by researching best practices and identifying process efficiencies to enhance the overall people experience.
Communication & Enterprise Collaboration Serves as a point of contact for internal/external inquiries, providing timely, accurate information while promoting psychological safety. Collaborates with Communications and Talent Acquisition to draft, coordinate, and amplify messaging/content that supports the Employer Value Proposition (EVP). Builds trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, Leaders, and Managers to drive program adoption and ensure seamless program integration and shared success.
Position Requirements:
Post-Secondary Diploma or University Degree (3-4 years) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) enrollment is highly desirable. Specific proficiency or certification in the Employee Listening Ecosystem (e.g., Qualtrics), or other digital project management tools, is a strong asset.
Three (3)+ years of progressive experience in a dedicated administrative or project coordination role, in Human Resources, People Experience, Communications, or Learning & Development. Experience in healthcare, public sector, or complex service environments is an asset.
Direct responsibility for project execution, managing project schedules, data tracking/analysis, and financial administration (e.g., PO processing).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the demonstrated ability to collaborate well with diverse teams across all levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong customer-service mindset, focused on creating a positive employee experience.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and common productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite).
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
