**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and assist them in selecting the right automotive parts, offering clear service recommendations.
- **Order & Inventory Management**: Efficiently manage parts inventory, place orders, and ensure timely deliveries, while also scheduling service appointments.
- **Technical Assistance**: Provide technical advice and support to both customers and service technicians.
- **Customer Education**: Explain recommended services, maintenance schedules, and the benefits of routine care while offering expertise on part compatibility.
- **Upselling & Promotions**: Inform customers about available promotions, service packages, and additional services, maximizing customer value.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless service experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience as a Service Advisor and/or Parts Advisor in a dealership or aftermarket setting is essential.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive and seamless customer experience.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Solid understanding of automotive services, maintenance practices, and parts functions.
- **Background Check & Driver's Abstract**: A successful background check and a clean driver's abstract are required.
- **Preferred CDK Experience**: Knowledge of CDK systems is a plus.
