We are a well-established and rapidly growing psychotherapy and counselling clinic based in Vaughan. We have a team of over 50 dedicated practitioners, including psychotherapists, psychologists, and allied health professionals. Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our team provides in-person and virtual support to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized and proactive _Human Resources Coordinator _to support our team and help shape the future of our clinic’s HR practices.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate offboarding and termination processes, ensuring compliance with Ontario employment laws
- Develop, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Administer employee benefits and respond to practitioner inquiries regarding eligibility, coverage, and claims
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in accordance with privacy legislation
- Support performance management processes and assist in managing employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA) and other relevant regulations
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to support workplace culture, engagement, and retention

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in or certified through HRPA (e.g., CHRP, CHRL), or equivalent practical HR experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role preferred; experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a strong asset
- Solid knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software/tools

This is a _**full-time position**_, scheduled Monday to Friday, reporting to the Clinic Director.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
