**Job Summary**:
**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**:

- Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Review and organize incoming communications daily, ensuring timely and appropriate actions.
- Maintain the calendar, schedule appointments, and manage time efficiently for personal and business needs.
- Track and maintain staff metrics such as review dates, anniversaries, absences, and ensure timely updates to management.
- Complete employee reviews, manage requests, events, teams, and training while adhering to written policies.
- Onboarding new employees and providing training when necessary.
- Create, implement, and maintain effective systems and ensure all employee documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct employee and instructor orientation and develop department manuals, handbooks, and internal policies, ensuring legal compliance.
- Provide clear explanations of HR policies and procedures and spearhead initiatives to improve the employee experience.
- Organize business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, respecting policies and budget.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including preparing materials, conducting research, and managing office resources and facilities.
- Ensure Health & Safety policies are upheld, conducting monthly inspections, and safety checks on a daily basis.

**Pay Structure**:

- $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
- Starting Salary is $24.00 per hour with a guaranteed raise of $1.00 after 90 days, after review, and $26.00 per hour after completing one year. After completing two years $27.00 per hour and after three consecutive years $28.00 per hour. After this time our standard cost of living raise is implemented yearly and reviewed as needed throughout.

**Work Environment**:

- Comfortable indoor setting with infrequent and non-objectionable unpleasant conditions.
- The physical and psychological well-being of team members is strongly encouraged.

**Schedule**:Monday
- Friday: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM, Saturdays once monthly--_Must be flexible to stay late when required_

**Education, Experience, & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 4 years in Human Resources (required)
- 2 years as Executive Assistant (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
