**Position Overview**:
The Health & Safety, HR, Field Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating various HR, health and safety, and field operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role includes but not limited to managing employee records, managing of the COR program, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring the proper training, onboarding of new hires. The coordinator will also oversee the maintenance of safety equipment, monitor the GPS system, and handle various administrative tasks related to health and safety, as well as field operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Management of the COR program

2. Management of H&S records and reporting.
- **Corfix Administration**:

- Add employees and jobs to Corfix.
- Create and manage COR Binders in Corfix.
- File and create safety reports through Corfix.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Develop and update Health and Safety Plans.
- Conduct construction site inspections and update safety boards.
- Perform COR audits and maintain compliance with COR standards.
- Review and update policies, ensuring management approval.
- **Employee and Subcontractor Management**:

- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training.
- Handle orientation for subcontractors and ensure they comply with company H&S policies.
- Maintain and monitor training schedules
- **Field Operations**:

- Book and manage traffic control plans and street occupancy/roadars permits.
- Order and manage PPE, signage, and fire extinguishers.
- Schedule daily work and manage the rental of equipment.
- **Various administration tasks.**:

- **Health & Safety Equipment**:

- Inspect and maintain first aid kits and fire extinguishers.
- Ensure all safety equipment is up to date and compliant with regulations.
- **Committee Involvement**:

- Participate in the Joint Health & Safety Committee (JH&SC).

**Work Conditions**:

- This position may require on-site presence at various construction locations.
- Occasional travel to different sites may be required within GTA.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 2 years (required)
- COR Program: 2 years (required)
