Dental Administrator

We’re seeking a friendly, self-motivated, and skilled Dental Administrator to join our team Our family-oriented office is conveniently located in North Vancouver (Central Lonsdale area) offering many amenities and easily accessible by transit. On-site parking also available.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting patients and visitors in a warm, friendly, and welcoming manner.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date patient records.
- Checking in, checking out, processing insurance claims, and collecting payments from patients.
- Submitting predeterminations and following up with patients in a timely manner, discussing proposed treatment and associated fees.
- Managing the pending/waiting appointment schedule.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Performing administrative tasks assigned by the manager to meet office needs efficiently.
- Coordinating with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
**Qualifications**:
- Outstanding customer service abilities with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- 1-2 years of experience in a dental office.
- Proficiency with TRACKER dental software is a plus.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide accurate information about dental procedures and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards patients and colleagues.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
