**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Front desk operations, including greeting patients and scheduling appointments
- Handle multi-line phone systems to coordinate patient inquiries and appointment confirmations
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records using systems such as Epic and Dentrix
- Assist with billing, insurance processing, and coding procedures
- Prepare and organize patient files, forms, and other documentation
- Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and insurance companies

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist is mandatory - minimum 2 years
- Proficiency with Tracker is highly desirable
- Knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology is a plus
- Strong office experience with front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Administrative experience in healthcare environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
