Dental Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, book and confirm appointments.
- Prepare dental charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
- Submit dental claims and treatment plans.
- Communicate with dental insurance providers.
- Track office expenses, accounts payable and receivable.
- Order dental and office supplies.
- Maintain office productivity, developing and managing all internal office procedures and practices.
- Coordinate the day-to-day execution of office practices that increase productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate office budget.
- Perform general payrol functions.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years of dental administration experience.
- Spanish-speaking is essential for this position.
- Should have exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Must be friendly, professional, and highly organized.
- Solid understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures.
- Knowledge of Timeshift dental software is an asset.
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON M2J 2K9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
