**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. We are looking for an outgoing individual with at least 3 years dental experience and knowledge of **Tracker** Software and **RecallMax.**

**This position requires 2 evenings a week
- but no weekends and Friday finished at 3pm.**

**Duties**
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Manage patient records using electronic medical records systems, including Dentrix and Epic.
- Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and handle phone inquiries effectively.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with the dental receptionist to ensure seamless patient flow through the office.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Dental Administrator
- Familiarity with phone systems and administrative duties is essential.
- **Experience Tracker is a requirement**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are crucial for success in this role.
