Dr. Bishop & Associates is a busy Optometric office looking for a high-performance, detail-oriented Full-Time Call Center Representative for our Douglas Glen (SE) Administrative location.

**Responsibilities**:
*Answering incoming and making outbound phone calls

*Will have the potential to be cross trained as an Optometric Assistant

*Extensive education and learning in the optometric field

**Qualifications**:

- *You_ have outstanding phone communication and service skills. Being able to answer multiple phone lines is not an issue.
- *You _maintain motivation while performing repetitive tasks.
- *You_ are efficient, reliable and enjoy multitasking while pursuing perfection.
- *You_ have a passion for growth, continual learning and developing new skills.
- *You_ have experience working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on meeting strict deadlines.
- *You_ are personable, mature, and able to handle any issues with a calm disposition.
- *You_ have knowledge of computer software - Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.
- *Fluent_ in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage.
