We are growing and actively looking for people to work **FULL TIME / PART TIME / SEASONAL** for both the residential and commercial sides of the business.

**Landscape Construction Technician**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform hardscape and softscape manual jobs
- Assist with:

- Training crew members and ensuring adherence to all company policies
- Assigning tasks and providing guidance with daily responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with company health and safety training and reporting

requirements
- Interpret blueprints, lay-out of sites and jobsite surveys
- Provide Foreman of updates on projects
- Understand and follow all Company policies

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years experience in Landscape
- Experience in Interlocking Stonework & Concrete
- Experience skilled Carpentry
- Experience in Softscape
- 2-4 years experience operating various heavy equipment
- G License in good standing (DZ or AZ license an asset)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and lead construction projects within deadlines
- Have demonstrated knowledge of safety/hazard awareness
- Ability to work independently
- Possess strong time management and organizational skills

**Experience**:

- Driver's License (preferred)
