**Seal-It Group** has 2 divisions; the Design & Build (Hardscape Construction) Division and the Sealing & Restoration Division.

We are looking to add a Hardscape crew member to our team.

**Crew Member Requirements**:

- Having at least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role, including knowledge and experience with hardscape installation such as interlocking, natural stone, excavation, grading, laying stone, cutting, planting; experience with machine operation including skid steers, excavators, concrete saws, compactors
- Having reliable transportation (preferably own vehicle) to be able to get to different job sites on time each day. Valid Ontario Class G2 Driver's License or better with clean drivers abstract.
- You are hardworking and have a positive attitude
- Having the ability to work with minimum supervision.

**Crew Member Responsibilities**:

- Perform hardscape installations, grading, and planting as needed to complete jobs to the highest standards
- Operation of various tools and equipment, paid training is also provided.
- Assist in the construction of small and large landscape projects including backyard patios, driveways, walkways, decks, fences, etc

**Salary**: $17.00-$27.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Landscape/Hardscape installation: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
