**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for landscaping tasks.
- Perform restoration work on landscapes, including planting, mulching, and maintaining gardens.
- Execute drywall repairs as needed in outdoor structures or installations.
- Assist with plumbing tasks related to irrigation systems.
- Install cabinets in outdoor structures or garden sheds as required.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various landscaping projects.
- Conduct construction painting on fences, decks, or other outdoor structures.
- Lay tiles for walkways, patios, or other hardscape elements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation is essential for efficient landscape maintenance.
- Knowledge of restoration techniques to enhance existing landscapes.
- Experience with drywall installation and repair is a plus.
- Basic plumbing skills related to irrigation systems are beneficial.
- Ability to perform cabinet installation for outdoor storage solutions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping projects.
- Skills in construction painting to enhance the appearance of outdoor structures.
- Carpentry skills for building or repairing landscape features are highly valued.
- Experience in tile laying for hardscape installations is preferred.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Landscape construction: 5 years (required)
- Supervisory: 3 years (preferred)
- Operating Landscape equipment: 3 years (required)
- Snow removal: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- G Drivers License (required)
- Certification in landscaping, horticulture (required)
