What You’ll Own
- **Full-Scope Execution** - From site prep to final stone set, you’ll drive projects with precision and pride.
- **Crew & Site Leadership** - Direct teams, manage schedules, and keep production sharp under pressure.
- **Craftsmanship at Scale** - Stone patios, walls, pool decks, outdoor kitchens—you’ve done it, and you’ll demand excellence.
- **Efficiency & Accountability** - Manage labor, materials, and time like it’s your own name on the cheque.
- **Training & Mentorship** - Develop apprentices into skilled masons. Teach, push, and lead.

Your Track Record
- 3+ years running **high-end stone and landscape construction projects**.
- Pro-level in: grading, layout, drainage, retaining walls, stone cutting & finishing.
- Confident on machines (excavator, skid steer) and tools (lasers, saws, compactors).
- Able to read plans, execute layouts, and resolve issues before they hit the client.
- Clean license, strong communication, reliable leadership.
