**Bilingual Customer Care Representative**
Full-time, 90% remote.
Monday to Friday / 6:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. (Alternating shifts).
Winnipeg, MB.

**How You’ll Help**
- Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Deliver exceptional service in every interaction, ensuring a positive experience.
- Leverage our tools and systems to support efficient and effective service.
- Communicate clearly and confidently about our services, processes, and policies.
- Resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team or leader as needed.

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems — an asset.
- Experience using TruckMate systems is an asset.
- A background in transportation or logistics is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Proven ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside in Manitoba and have reliable access to high-speed internet.

- Offrir un service exceptionnel à chaque interaction afin d’assurer une expérience positive.
- Utiliser nos outils et systèmes pour fournir un service efficace et de qualité.
- Communiquer de manière claire et assurée à propos de nos services, processus et politiques.
- Résoudre les problèmes rapidement et assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Transmettre les situations complexes ou non résolues à l’équipe ou au gestionnaire approprié.

**Vos compétences et votre experience**
- Bilinguisme anglais/français (écrit et oral).
- Diplôme d’études secondaires requis; des études postsecondaires en administration ou dans un domaine connexe sont considérées comme un atout.
- Minimum d’un an d’expérience dans un rôle en service à la clientèle ou en centre d’appels.
- Connaissance de Salesforce ou d’autres systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM) - un atout.
- Expérience avec les systèmes TruckMate est un atout.
- Expérience dans le domaine du transport ou de la logistique est un fort avantage.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de façon autonome, à rester organisé(e) et à bien gérer son temps
- Excellente attention aux détails, avec de solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Doit résider au Manitoba et avoir un accès fiable à Internet haute vitesse
