**We are hiring full-time, permanent Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team CSRs are responsible for delivering top notch service to clients while promoting a variety of products and services.**

**CSRs are responsible to**:

- Efficiently and effectively manage high customer call volumes.
- Identify and address customer needs, providing solutions and educating on product benefits, availability, and pricing options.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products and generate sales when appropriate.
- Record call and sales details in the customer management system.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets across multiple metrics.
- Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Job Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Superior phone and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Competent in computer data entry and the utilization of customer management software.
- Effective multitasking, priority-setting, and time management skills.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Must be available for 8.5-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50 per hour
