Eco Architectural Glass Inc is a rapidly growing, employee focused company specializing in the installation of curtain wall, commercial store front entry systems and interior glass for commercial, industrial and residential buildings (both high and low rise) in all real estate classes with our creative and reliable installation teams. Our company has earned a well-deserved reputation with architects and entrepreneurs and has carved out a leadership position in the niche market for commercial projects in Southwestern Ontario.

**Duties in this position include, but not limited to**:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Ensure projects are on-time, within scope and within budget
- Work with the Project Manager to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and clients during project execution.
- Manage changes in project scope, and schedule.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinate projects from drawings through to installation and report to the Project Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Industry experience (2-3 years) - Glass, Doors, Entrances, Curtain wall is a must.
- Solid understanding of blueprints and use of PDF viewers for marking up drawings for stakeholders
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD experience & knowledge not mandatory but would be an asset.
- Ability to travel for work required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
