**Introduction - Mobile Device Specialist - Multi OS**
Compugen is seeking an enthusiastic, self-directed and skilled sales professional with proven ability to learn and share specifically how Apple and Microsoft Surface products are and continue to be at the forefront of business transformation. You possess the ability to demonstrate your understanding of real business challenges and how technology from Apple/Microsoft enables businesses to transform and compete. You will be working with existing customers identified as having potential for growth with Compugen and Apple. You will also work with Apple sales and Compugen sales executives supporting new client prospects to transform their organization through innovative solutions that are related to Digital Transformation stemming from selected mega-tends in the IT industry (Cloud, Mobile, Big Data, Social Media Platforms). The role is dedicated to initiatives designed to Land, Adopt, Expand and Renew customer agreements that include Surface, Hub, and related products and Compugen Service offerings, with a focus on excellent customer experience.
- Core outcome to drive sales for Apple in Education
- Solid understanding of Apple’s value proposition in Canada
- Understanding Compugen’s Service Lead approach to selling to clients and specific to Apple’s unique offering of iPhone, iPad, Mac
- Ability to work integral with our existing Account Executives
- Ability to work independently within uncharted opportunities with existing and new prospects gaining support from Apple resources dedicated to Compugen as well as Compugen’s own resources from Technical Services, Collaboration and Communications, Advanced Solutions, and Apple Professional services resources.
- Promote and host the Apple Professional Learning courses
- Promote and host courses in the Apple Experience Room
- Ability to open doors, create opportunity and then coach Compugen AE’s to closure supporting them by illuminating our full services and potential outcomes of partnership with Compugen and Apple including benefits of Apple and Compugen’s Financial Services
- Willingness to be a continual student of Apple and their eco-system vendors including and not limited to JAMF, Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare and others.
**Demonstrated Competencies to Support Our Business**
- Identifies and reaches decision makers and key influencers and can persuade them to take action including expanding our conversation around Apple, Compugen specific services including Technical and Professional Services
- Build senior level relationships (C-level; Director, VP) within existing client accounts and new prospect organizations
- Professionally and effectively communicate Compugen’s solutions to existing customers and new prospects through presentations, written proposals, RFP support on responses and regular business correspondence leading up to the initial sales of Apple products and ongoing engagement as our business expands.
- Constantly refreshes their insight, knowledge and understanding of Apple solutions, industry, solutions and strategies through self paced learning provided by Apple Via SEED and additional courseware they will provide.
- Investigates, researches and seeks information that will lead to a successful sales strategy that creates a selling advantage for a targeted opportunity
- Effective questioning, probing and listening that informs and leads to implementable actions and activities leading to a successful sales cycle
- Create compelling solutions that satisfy customer business outcomes that are differentiated to position Compugen as the desired or preferred partner and solution provider
- Create sound financial proposals that meet Compugen business expectations and win deals using our own Compugen Financial Services and Apple Financial Services
- Collaboration and teamwork in the execution of all assignments, roles and responsibilities as the accounts you will work with are previously assigned
- Engage key vendors to develop joint account and market development opportunities leading to new solutions and revenue sources as required
