This position is responsible for developing and growing sales related to Eddyfi Technologies entire product line, including probes, hardware maintenance plan, software subscription, licenses, calibration, and other accessories as defined in the sales management process. The ISS is team-goaled with assigned Sales Managers on specific verticals. The position is based in one of Eddyfi’s office (Quebec City or Houston) and requires very limited traveling.
As Inside Sales Specialist, you will have to
- Meet or exceed sales objectives (sum of all Sales Manager assigned within designated territory).
- Develop, maintain, and implement a vertical-specific sales and business development plan with the collaboration of Sales Manager, marketing team and Sales Vice-President.
- Participate in the elaboration and deployment of key-account plans with the Sales Manager and Sales Vice-President to manage and grow relationships with our most important customers
- Conduct market analysis and generate and deploy campaigns with the help of the marketing team
- Monitor the number of leads in territory and proposed set of actions to meet sales target.
- Identify potential customers and their decision makers through websearch, use of data platforms, etc. and partner with your SM to engage these potential customers
- Generate and qualify leads by being the first point of contact between new customers and the Eddyfi brand
- Respond to Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Qualified Leads in a timely manner.
- Understand customer businesses, investigate, and uncover problems to solve with respective Eddyfi’s solutions.
- Generate quotes via Salesforce & coordinate sales proposal preparation and presentation.
- Contribute to maintain and develop the opportunity pipeline in accordance with Eddyfi Sales process.
- Maintain the CRM data integrity with constant updating of opportunities, contacts, accounts, and sales visit reports.
- Monitor certain websites (eg government entities) to identify RFPs and coordinate responses;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform the 90 days after sales routine call (follow-up, customer success, upselling).
- Work in collaboration with Sales Managers and finance to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)

What makes you an asset to our team
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of proven success in sales position or equivalent.
- Expertise in selling high-tech equipment and software B2B solutions with long and complex sales cycles.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- entrepreneurial and agile mindset, with a bias for action and the ability to pivot when necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business
- Ability to work with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office suite.
- Advanced English and Spanish speaking and writing. Additional language optional, but a great asset
- NDT expertise is an asset but not an essential
