**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, the Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for generating qualified leads and nurturing these leads throughout the buyer's journey. They work closely with the sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with sales objectives.
**MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE**:
- Define the lead generation strategy around each product, including tactics and KPIs, with the support of the Marketing Director.
- Set quarterly targets for lead generation around focus products, and put in place the plans to achieve them.
- Oversee the performance of CTAs on product pages, collaborating with product marketing for content.
- Create advertising campaigns to drive the traffic needed to achieve your goals for impressions, leads, MQLs, and deal creation.
- Develop and maintain nurturing campaigns via HubSpot to bring customers through their initial journey with Robotiq, to the point where they are ready to work with our sales team on their project.
- Manage the day to day operations of the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and other marketing tools to support marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge and understanding of workflow and marketing automation systems and their role in lead generation.
- Create and adapt lead magnet strategy and landing page to generate quality leads.
- Set and manage Robotiq’s SEO strategy to ensure we are there when our clients are searching for a solution to their automation challenges
- Analyze and adjust campaigns based on performance, collaborating with the product marketing team to iterate and align on keywords and messaging.
- Manage the budget for advertising, ensuring investment in the areas of highest return
- Work closely with the regional field marketing managers to adapt the lead generation strategy to the unique needs of each territory around the globe.
- Advise the media and communications teams on the content needed to attract and convert customers engaging with Robotiq on the web.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- Bacc. in marketing, communication, or relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing
- Excellent command of HubSpot
- Mastery of the Google suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Adwords, Google Analytics, knowledge of best practices in SEO, knowledge basic principles of marketing automation and inbound marketing platforms (essential)
- Mastery of SEO tools (Ahref, SEMRush) is a plus
- Basic knowledges of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Languages: French: Good
English: Very good (spoken and written)
