The Inside Sales Specialist drives transactional sales growth by managing customer inquiries, developing account plans, searching for new opportunities and customers and maintaining CRM integrity. This role ensures customer satisfaction through timely support, effective coordination with Sales Managers, and proactive business development initiatives to foster retention and new opportunities.

As Inside Sales Specialist, you must be able to
- Meet or exceed sales objectives on Transactional sales (ancillary).
- Collaborate with the Sales Managers to coordinate efforts and initiatives that drive customer satisfaction, foster business growth, and enhance retention and loyalty.
- Develop, maintain, and implement a sales and business development plan for assigned accounts with the collaboration of Sales Manager, Product Marketing and Application teams.
- Act as first line of support for all customer requests and inquiries related to sales and administrative matters, received through webforms, and ‘1-800-’ phone line. Manage cases, communicating with customers from the beginning of their request and during all the treatment time
- Assure follow-up and proper documentation in the ticketing system during operation treatment.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to request accurate quotes via Salesforce/e-store & coordinate sales proposal preparation and presentation.
- Maintain the CRM data integrity with constant updating of opportunities, contacts, accounts, and sales visit reports
- Maintain the installed base growth, optimizing the quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest in the company’s ancillary offerings
- Contribute to maintaining and developing the opportunity pipeline in accordance with Eddyfi Sales process
- Monitor certain websites (eg government entities) to identify RFPs and coordinate responses
- Identify and Execute campaigns with help of marketing team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through overall account management.
- Monitor and contact leads in territory in a timely manner and propose set of actions to meet sales target
- Contribute to maintain and develop the opportunity pipeline in accordance with Eddyfi Sales process.
- Perform, within 30 days, the after-sales routine call (strategic and transactional sales, follow-up, customer success, upselling).
- Work in collaboration with finance to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- For fast-track pre-approved products, quotes (as per commercial desk processes) and push order in ERP.

What makes you an asset to our team
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in B2B sales of complex technological products, with long sales cycles.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and the MS Office suite.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- French, English & Spanish (English is required).
- Expertise in non-destructive testing is a major asset.
