**Luna **is Tex-Mex fusion restaurant that has a capacity of over 90 guests. We are open 7 days a week from 11:30am
- 9pm. We serve lunch and dinner as well as offer delivery and takeout whenever we are open.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead the team in creating a culture of superior guest experience
- Conduct training and development as well as performance management and employee coaching
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings with strong emphasis on continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage all aspects of service and ensuring timely completion of assigned work
- Effectively creating and organizing weekly staff schedules
- Provides genuine hospitable and personal service
- Leading by example and maintaining a strong presence in the dining room
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and senior management
- Provide administrative support for the restaurant and accounting team
- Ensures all human resources policies and procedures are being followed
- Varied work hours with ability for flexible shifts including late closing shifts with varied end times
- Additional duties assigned as required

**Qualification/Characteristics**
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in hospitality or a food and beverage management program
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a fine dining hospitality environment
- Strong interest in Cocktails
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and determined to strive for excellence
- Working knowledge of Mexican culture and cuisine an asset

**Compensation**
- Competitive base salary
- Participation in gratuity sharing
- Two weeks paid vacation per annum

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
