Aura Hair Boutique is looking for a Front End Manager / Salon Coordinator to join our team of passionate, kind, and hardworking women. This is a key role in helping our salon run smoothly while ensuring our clients receive the best experience from the moment they walk in the door.

**About the Role**:
As our Front End Manager / Salon Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face of our salon and go-to person for both our clients and our team. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front-end experience, while supporting our stylists and managing the day-to-day operations.

**What You'll Do**:

- Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
- Handle product sales and process payments through our POS system
- Keep the front of house tidy and beautifully presented
- Coordinate and support the salon team's daily flow and needs
- Assist with inventory and product ordering
- Help plan and execute promotions, events, and team initiatives

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in salon/spa hospitality, retail or similar front-desk environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail oriented, and tech savvy (we use Vagaro booking software)
- Someone who thrives In a fast paced, team-driven atmosphere
- A natural multitasker who can stay calm under pressure

**Bonus if you have**:

- Experience in the hair or beauty industry
- Leadership experience or interest in team support and development
- social media or content creation skills
