**Position Overview**: As a Residential Cleaner at House Cleaning Victoria BC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' homes are cleaned to the highest standards. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in residential properties, creating a clean and inviting atmosphere for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning and Sanitizing**: Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in residential homes.
- **Bathroom and Kitchen Cleaning**: Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, dishes, countertops, appliances, and fixtures.
- **Bedroom and Living Area Cleaning**: Make beds, change linens, and clean bedrooms and living areas, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance.
- **Window and Glass Cleaning**: Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to a streak-free shine.
- **Trash Removal**: Empty and replace trash bags in designated containers.
- **Specialized Cleaning**: Perform specialized cleaning tasks as required, such as deep cleaning, organizing, or addressing specific client requests.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain and manage your own cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
- **Client Interaction**: Interact professionally with clients, addressing their specific cleaning needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Adherence to Safety Protocols**:Follow safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous residential cleaning is required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must pass a trial clean adhering to the company standards

Experience in carpet and steam cleaning is appreciated.
