**Local Marketing Coordinator**

**Role Objective**:
The key intent of this role is to be accountable for supporting franchisees with improving their sales and performance driven by local initiatives. The role also supports the Director of Marketing in network marketing and branding initiatives in recommendations, development, execution and evaluation.

**Key Functions**:

- Support Director of Marketing in setting Network wide promotions, product launches, brand building initiatives and coordination
- Building a local marketing calendar and budget and execute
- Propose and execute sales driving activities for LPS (Low Performing Stores) and new locations
- Manage 3rdparty integrator promotions (UBER, DoorDash, Skip, Ueat)
- Liaison with franchisee network to define needs, communicate and execute plans
- Manage agency and vendor partners in delivering on plan
- Recap promotion performance in relation to set KPI’s
- Report sales performance and analysis to Management Team
- Manage SM (Social Media) calendar including Influencers, posts, activities
- Attend store openings and events and set SM activities
- Manage FB, IG and Google ads
- Proofread all material (English and French)

**Profile & Experience**:

- Dynamic bilingual individual with passion for food and food service industry
- 2 years franchise marketing experience
- Creative individual with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with social media management
- Able to work within a Team but also take initiative and be autonomous
- Demonstrate excellent business acumen, strategic and analytical thinking and sound judgment
- Have experience in project management
- Demonstrate a strong sense of organization, know how to establish priorities, be able to work with tight deadlines and be able to complete several projects / requests simultaneously
- Have an eye for detail and accuracy of information and strong French language skills
- Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, creativity, versatility and good judgment
- Strong sales analysis skills
- Bachelors in marketing or equivalent experience
- Must own a car
- Willing to visit locations and/or events including on occasional weekends
- Work in the office minimum 4 days per week with exception when doing store visits
