**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Communicate key dates, track and update schedules
- Fielding and responding to all inbound PR requests promptly.
- Coordinate the creation of PR tools and their mailings
- Continuously monitor press coverage and competitor analysis while managing internal reporting of press coverage (management and tracking of press clippings)
- Work back schedules, communication flow to internal and external teams,
- Ensure fluid communication with members of the Marketing department and information sharing
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date media contact info
- Sample management for photography, trade photoshoots etc
- Create invoices for shipping samples to Trade publications/photoshoots
- Website & web infrastructure as well as Eye Rep management of assets that pertain to Marketing
- Ensure the different versions and features of the site are monitored daily and implement corrective action if problems arise.
- Coordinate the scheduling of meetings and milestones between interdependent programs and groups.
- Send Canadian/US reps notifications (via Constant Contact) when new POP/GWP items are being released.
- Update POP and GWP sheets
- Update Rep address lists to include new hires and recent resignations.
- Update Client address lists to reflect any changes, based off information received through replies/bounce back notifications.
- Acknowledge receipt of all COOP requests in a timely manner. (This includes verifying that the form is filled out correctly, asking reps for any information that was missing, as well as clarifying anything that is unclear)
- Complete the required fields of the COOP Tracker and amend as necessary.
- Send out tracking information to reps
- Coordinate local pickups from PDI
- Assist with the creation of social media captions
- Press releases - edit copywriter’s text submissions.
- Create US Newsletters
- Write the content for the monthly sell sheets
- Prepare press kits for Trade Shows
- Assist in the brainstorming of marketing campaigns
- Record voice-overs for client presentations
- Write product descriptions

**Key skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- Ability to manage multiple urgent requests and rapidly changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Skilled at communication, diplomacy, and organizing information.
- Fluent in English, French is an asset.
