Marketing Coordinator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create content for social media posts and campaigns;
- Assist in the planning and execution of outbound newsletters;
- Distribute approved marketing resources to publications and partners;
- Organize and upkeep the marketing resources library;
- Tradeshow/events planning, booth graphic design, coordination and support;
- Obtain quotes and order printed marketing materials, distribute marketing materials internally and externally;
- Design and create product brochures, advertisements, posters and newsletters, web banners, animations, corporate and product presentations & videos;
- Maintain and update the company website and company intranet;
- Implement SEO strategy for the website;
- Update technical brochures, manuals, and corporate collateral;
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for print and web;
- Conduct internal and external interviews to generate content;
- Spearhead webinar and customer-oriented events;
- Present KPI reports;
- Implement social media ads (LinkedIn, Google Ads).

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor of Marketing with a strong creative (graphics) background or related field;
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role;
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, WordPress, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe, Photoshop;
- Adobe Illustrator and InDesign are considered assets;
- Social media savvy as a publisher;
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies;
- Experience in print and/or web publishing;
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously ;
- Knowledge of the telecommunication industry is considered an asset.
