JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing
STATUS: Part-time, temporary 1 year
**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders (POs) in accordance with budgetary guidelines and approval processes.
- Assist brand managers in ordering products and materials for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in the sample room, ensuring products are readily available for marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate the assembly and delivery of gift baskets for clients, partners, and promotional events.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing marketing materials.
- Update website product pages
- Support with the planning and execution of the national sales meeting management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and production, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to contribute valuable insights and ideas to marketing strategies.
**Do you possess**
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing environment focused on consumer products (experience in Skincare, Personal Care or Beauty/Cosmetics a plus)
- Exceptional MS Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication ability
- A proven track record in coordination, administrative support or similar.
- Must be results oriented, detail oriented and be a team player, possess an entrepreneurial spirit and passion to drive projects
- Must be able to manage complexity and work in a fast-paced environment including working with cross-functional teams
- This position requires in-office presence.
