**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the production of a wide range of marketing communications materials
- Maintain collateral, newsletters, brochures, and marketing materials
- Assist with digital marketing and social media efforts by creating content, setting up campaigns and handling mechanics of posts
- Track marketing campaigns
- Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels
- Maintain updated content of company website
- Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors
- Coordinate trade show logistics, including staging, outbound & inbound shipments, staff registration, maintaining booth supplies & equipment, and more
- Handle outbound and inbound shipments for customer events
- Track inventory of promotional products and collateral
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Other duties necessary to achieve company objectives

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and experience in Graphic Design or equivalent years of experience
- 3+ years of work experience in marketing, marketing communications, web, social media
- Trade show experience
- Strong experience in marketing tools related to digital marketing, website optimization, social media, branding and design
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Must be a team player to support meeting/exceeding team goals
- Capable of taking direction and absorbing information quickly to work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
