We are seeking a skilled and driven **Labour & Employment Lawyer** who thrives on client care, exceptional negotiation, and efficient case management.

**What You’ll Do**
- Represent clients in wrongful dismissal, severance negotiations, workplace disputes, and human rights matters.
- Handle files from intake to resolution, managing your schedule with autonomy and professionalism.
- Negotiate settlements that balance financial results with client well-being.
- Maintain clear, empathetic communication with clients throughout their case.
- Uphold the highest professional standards in advocacy, documentation, and client interaction.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
- 1-5 years of labour & employment law experience preferred (civil litigation and civil procedure experience required).
- Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple files without compromising quality.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

**Compensation**
- **Base salary**: $75,000 annually; plus,
- **Performance bonus**: 50/50 fee split on client files, offering substantial earning potential.
