**Parlee McLaws LLP** is seeking a **Labour & Employment Litigation Associate**with **3 - 8 years**of Labour & Employment litigation experience, to join our dynamic practice group in our **downtown Edmonton office.**

Our firm has a **rich history of providing exceptional legal services to our clients for over a century,** and we are excited to welcome a dedicated and talented individual to our team.
- Experience with labour & employment clients, reporting, conducting Questioning and independent file load/management
- Solid oral and written advocacy skills and experience
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Commitment to managing work and client relationships
- Commitment to working with our team and building relationships internally and externally

We are searching for an individual who is **enthusiastic**about being **engaged**in active, hands-on litigation for our clients. We offer a competitive remuneration package and a great work environment.
