Field Law represents clients in labour, employment, immigration, privacy, human rights and occupational health and safety matters in Western Canada. Small to mid-sized companies, large public sector clients, post secondary institutions and professional associations facing unionized and non-unionized workforce challenges rely on Field Law.

- Labour board grievance arbitration;
- Employment advising, policies, contracts, discipline and termination;
- Wrongful dismissal litigation matters; and
- Human rights commission advising.
- Have a strong work ethic and spirit of teamwork.

**Qualifications + Skills**:
You are a lawyer with:

- 4-5 years post-call experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Client-focused professional
