Baka Pozd Business Consultancy is seeking a **proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive** to manage our human resource functions in **Toronto**. This role is ideal for an HR professional who excels in recruitment, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the **end-to-end recruitment process**, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement **HR policies and procedures** to ensure compliance with labor laws.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- **3+ years of HR experience**, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of **labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements**.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with **integrity and professionalism**.
- Proficiency in **HR software and Microsoft Office Suite**.
