HR Executive

Baka Pozd Business Consultancy is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team in Toronto. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources, employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation programs.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee evaluations.
- Coordinate employee training, development programs, and engagement activities.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in payroll processing and HR reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Promote a positive organizational culture and support employee retention initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or related roles (Toronto experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
