Baka Pozd Business Consultancy, a trusted provider of business and financial advisory services, is seeking a dedicated **HR Executive** to join our team in **Toronto**. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about people management, organizational development, and building a positive workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations and address HR-related concerns in a professional and supportive manner
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Canadian labor laws
- Support payroll processing, leave management, and performance appraisal systems
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
- Provide HR reports and insights to management for decision-making
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and Canadian labor regulations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work both independently and in a team
