**Compensation**:
$70,000 - $100,000+ at plan yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct meetings with clients to comprehend their property requirements and identify suitable real estate options
- Prepare essential paperwork, such as representation agreements, and engage in contract negotiations
- Participate in monthly open houses and networking events to enhance sales prospects
- Provide continuous support and guidance to clients with utmost care and respect
- Actively seek out new customers through daily networking and prospecting activities
- Aid 30 to 50 buyer clients annually throughout the home-buying process
- Maintain a full-time schedule, including availability during evenings and weekends
- Demonstrate accountability in all assigned tasks
- Foster a vibrant and enjoyable work atmosphere

**Qualifications**:

- A Residential Real Estate license is required or actively pursuing
- Proficient use of technology and various software tools
- Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs in person and over the phone
- High School Diploma
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Some weekend and evening hours required
- You will need to dress appropriately, business casual
- Owning your own vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Having a clean criminal record is a must to be licensed in Real Estate
- Be trustworthy and honest
- respecting the office rules and our policy/procedures
- This is not a 9-5 job, so an open schedule is required
