**Compensation**:
$60,000+ Yearly Commissions

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Assist buyers with the showings of homes - all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today’s real estate market to best negotiate on half of the buyers
- Assist sellers with the arduous details and stressful venture of selling a home - pricing, strategy, and negotiation skills are crucial (don’t worry - we’ll teach you how)
- Learn all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis
- Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with your community
- Your main job is to grow in relationships between your team and your clients
- This a role revolving 100% around customer service

**Qualifications**:

- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Great communication and social skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Possession of a valid Alberta Real Estate License or eligibility to work in a real estate capacity, having met the requirements set by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry, is highly desirable. Alternatively, individuals who have successfully passed the RECA eligibility and suitability requirements will also be considered.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technologically proficient and comfortable using technology for business purposes.
- Driven, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth.
- Coachable and open to acquiring new skills and strategies.
- A Canadian citizen with a valid Alberta driver's license.
