Rove Concepts Sales & Customer Care Team’s objective is to maximize sales opportunities through phone, live chat, and e-Commerce channels. As a Customer Care Sales Agent, you will be part of the team that takes care of our customers and drives sales. In this critical front-line role, you will be responsible for providing general support for customers, including addressing store policies, shipping lead times, product knowledge, brand information, and actively engaging in sales activities.
We are looking for confident individuals with enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated personalities. Ideally, this person would have a passion for building client relationships in tandem with an interest in furniture and design.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
- Develop and cultivate a customer-centric environment with a focus on driving initial purchases to final mile delivery.
- Demonstrate strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills to deescalate customer opportunities while maintaining an empathetic tone and demeanor.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively by staying on top of assigned tickets, ensuring same-day ticket review.
- Maximize sales during key periods, such as Black Friday, by actively engaging customers and promoting relevant offers.
- Dedicate yourself to customer success, always going above and beyond to find great solutions for our customers.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, including participating in warehouse sales, and more.
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or home decor industry.
- Passion for modern furniture and design trends, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Providing top-notch customer service.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Familiarity with sales tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward sales challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and market dynamics
