Concierge - Seasonal Advisor

THE ROLE

As a Seasonal Concierge Advisor, you will:

- Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise
- Resolve client inquiries efficiently, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction
- Meet and exceed established performance targets

The Seasonal Concierge Advisor has:

- The passion for providing world-class client service and building long lasting client relationships

- The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
- The aptitude for learning and navigating diverse technology systems

THE LOGISTICS

As a Seasonal Concierge Advisor, you have:

- The ability to start on Monday December 9th 2024 and work through Sunday February 2nd 2025
- The availability to work 36 hours per week in your first two weeks of mandatory training.
- Training schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00AM - 2:00PM or 2:30PM - 8:30PM PST
- The ability to work within our operating hours of 6AM - 9PM your local time (including evenings and weekends)
- The ability to work during peak sales events November through January
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate time off requests during peak events periods

Actual hours scheduled each week will depend on your availability and the needs of the business.

THE COMPENSATION

The starting wage for this position is $20/hr. with the opportunity to earn further incentives based on your performance, sales, availability and more.
