Our **Game Masters** are the heartbeat of the experience. They aren’t just staff—they’re storytellers, improvisers, guides, and memory-makers.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Game Master at Escape60, you’ll be entrusted with bringing our worlds to life. This isn’t your average hospitality job—it’s a hybrid of performance, hosting, and behind-the-scenes control. You will:

- **Set the Stage** - Welcome teams, hype them up, and immerse them in the storyline before their game begins.
- **Run the Game** - Monitor live gameplay, provide timely hints, and ensure the experience is smooth, challenging, and exciting.
- **Perform & Improvise** - Slip into character, deliver memorable moments, and adapt to different team dynamics (from corporate execs to birthday kids).
- **Create Memories Beyond the Room** - Support our licensed bar/lounge and post-game celebrations, turning a puzzle-solving victory into a night out.
- **Keep the Magic Polished** - Reset rooms, maintain props, and help troubleshoot puzzles to keep the games running at Escape60 standards.
- **Be Part of the Team** - Collaborate with fellow Game Masters, bartenders, and event hosts to deliver seamless corporate events, birthdays, and social nights.
