**Overview**

Here at Game Over we are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our fun and dynamic team
As a Game Master, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and immersive experience for our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing game sessions, ensuring that all participants understand the rules, and facilitating a fun and interactive environment

**Duties**
- Welcome guests and provide an overview of the game experience.
- Explain game rules clearly and ensure all participants understand them.
- Monitor game sessions to ensure games are played safely and provide help when needed.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately during check-in.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Use public speaking skills to engage players during game sessions, bring out your inner voice actor
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Cleaning and maintaining rooms/facilities as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is highly desirable.
- Background in hospitality is a plus.
- Experience working in entertainment or other fast paced customer service roles is very beneficial.
- Strong public speaking skills and clear communication is required.
- Cash handling experience is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T1Y 7K4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
