We are looking for a full time Client Care Coordinator to work out of our Vancouver office. This is an entry-level position that can lead to further opportunities within the company. The Client Care Coordinator works closely with our Health Care Workers and Nursing Team to ensure a high standard of care for our clients. They work together to build knowledge through learning, education, and fostering the heritage of the company. The ideal person will build positive relationships with clients and employees by responding quickly to issues and being engaged with them. We are looking for someone who is caring, empathetic, willing to take on challenges and find solutions.

This is a full-time position that is from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Client intake - entering client information and setting up schedules into our database
- Coordinating and maintaining client and employee schedules
- Getting feedback from clients and employees through phone calls and home visits
- General administrative duties such as answering phone calls and data entry
- Customer Service - handling complaints and issues and providing resolutions
- HR assistance - screening and interviewing applicants for Health Care Worker positions
- Being part of the afterhours on-call rotation (once every four weeks)

Qualifications:

- Has the ability to self-motivate and multitask
- Is a good listener and a strong communicator
- Has customer service experience
- Is detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize, and manage time efficiently under pressure
- Is a team player
