Lotus Therapy & Counselling Centre is a trauma-focused counselling practice based in Lower Mainland. As a dynamic and evolving practice, we are now seeking a compassionate and organized Client Care Coordinator to join our team.

Position Summary:
The Client Care Coordinator serves as the initial touchpoint between new clients and our clinic, embodying the welcoming and supportive ethos of Lotus Therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Directing internal and external communications of the organization including social media presence and community engagement
- Engaging in peer supervision with other registered counsellors, current graduate students, and overseeing undergraduate-level interns
- Responsible for referral intake and connecting referrals with suitable counsellors under the supervision of clinical director.
- Manage counsellor schedules to ensure timely and organized client care.
- Foster a trauma-informed environment and ensure a smooth coordination between patients and counsellors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the clinical director and counselling team to ensure a cohesive and client-centered approach.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field (mandatory).
- Previous experience in a counselling setting is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exhibiting professionalism at all times.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
