We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to be an integral part of our team supporting smooth operations and ensuring a seamless client experience.

**What you will be doing**:

- ** Front Desk Management**:

- Welcome and assist clients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Oversee client screening, ensuring all necessary procedures are completed onsite.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- ** Client Communication**:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- ** Client Transactions**:

- Handle payment processing for services rendered, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining client confidentiality.
- ** Operational Support**:

- Collaborate with medical staff and technicians to ensure smooth client flow and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.

- ** Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in handling payments and client records.
- ** Confidentially**: Demonstrated understanding of the importance of maintaining client confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.
- 2+ years of reception and/or customer service experience (preferably in a medical setting)
- Superior customer service skills are a must.
- Knowledgeable in medical, diagnostic imaging or corporate health is desired.
- Knowledge and experience using PACS, Oscar is an asset.
- Medical terminology
- Proficient in using MS. office programs.
