**About Us**:
TST-CF Express is a division of TFI International Inc., located in Mississauga, is currently recruiting for a Dispatcher.

We are currently looking to hire a Dispatcher for our Mississauga Terminal, Shift hours will be from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
- **Note**:_ **This position is an Entry-Level position and would be a great opportunity for students or people who are looking forward to pursue their career in Transportation Industry.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Dispatch Supervisor in managing the day-to-day operations in the Linehaul Dispatch Department as well as assist with P&D dispatch duties.
- Dispatching functions to company Drivers, 3rd Party Carriers and Owner/Operators across Canada / Cross Border / USA
- Ensure that service levels meet and or exceed the needs of our customers
- Review operational efficiencies and effect change as necessary in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and cost efficiencies.
- Recommend, implement and maintain performance and productivity measurements
- Communicate professionally with internal and external customers in order to resolve service issues in a timely manner and providing customers with status updates.
- Responsible for Customs Clearances, including setting up ACI and ACE.
- Schedule repairs and maintenance for equipment.
- Ensure Drivers and Carriers follow Company Safety Policies and Procedures for example: HOS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, etc
- Completion of daily reports
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications include**:

- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Customer service oriented
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual in French is an asset)
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Gmail and Excel
- Ability to work flexible hours (afternoons, evenings and weekends) as necessary
- High School or equivalent
- Knowledge of Transportation Operating Systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
