We are seeking an organized and reliable Dispatcher to join our Distribution team. As a

Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient and timely delivery of

strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers by coordinating routes and

schedules for drivers
- Monitor the progress of deliveries and adjust as necessary to ensure on-time delivery and

customer satisfaction
- Communicate with drivers to provide information on pickup and delivery locations, traffic

updates, and any changes to the delivery schedule
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any delivery issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including delivery times, order numbers, and

customer information
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to determine the best routes and

methods for delivery
- Maintain and update delivery schedules and route maps to ensure efficiency and

productivity
- Continuously monitor and analyze delivery data to identify areas for improvement and

make recommendations to management
- Train and supervise new dispatchers and provide ongoing support and guidance to the

team

**Requirements**:

- Dispatcher certification is a plus
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Dispatcher
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with dispatching softwares
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
