We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our services/products to our customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Description**
- Spearhead internal projects for optimizing routing pick-ups.
- Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Handle all compliance-related tasks for trucks and other vehicles operating under Stallion Express.
- Schedule, dispatch, track all movement to ensure that client’s requests are met.
- Stay in consistent communication with our drivers to ensure maximum productivity and troubleshooting on the go.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all dispatch activities, including service calls, routes, and driver information.
- Generate reports on dispatch performance, including response times, completion rates, and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of transportation and dispatching experience
- Familiar with the Ontario geographical landscape
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving mentality with the ability to think on your feet.
- A proactive approach to challenges and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with dispatch software and technology, including Google Workspace, Slack.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in the industry.
- Sense of urgency and professionalism when dealing with Customers, Employees, and Vendors/Carriers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
