**JOB SUMMARY**
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Metaltech Customer Service, the Internal Sales Support Representative for Guardrail Systems and Smart Stairs is responsible for processing requests for quotes and orders in an industrial and construction context. He or she analyzes customer needs from simple plans, performs basic calculations based on roof areas and required models, and proposes solutions adapted to medium-term projects. He or she provides professional, pressure-free service while working closely with regional representatives, distributors and the engineering department to address technical challenges and promote product innovations.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Provide information to customers, distributors and installers about Metaltech guardrail systems and Smart Stairs.
- Listen to customers' needs and support them in their projects.
- Complete quotes and enter orders into the system.
- Read and interpret simple plans to propose appropriate solutions.
- Perform basic calculations based on required areas and models.
- Work closely with regional representatives, engineering, logistics and production.
- Support regional representatives in their commercial and technical efforts.
- Perform any other related duties as requested by the immediate supervisor.
**REQUIREMENTS, QUALITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- Minimum of three years of experience in customer service or office work.
- Vocational diploma (DEP) or college diploma (DEC) in a field related to administration or customer service. Any combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Ability to perform basic calculations related to bids and surface areas.
- Ability to read and interpret simple plans (an asset).
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, to deal with customers throughout North America.
- Great adaptability and ease in interacting with various stakeholders (contractors, installers, engineers, general contractors, etc.).
- Organizational skills and thoroughness in project follow-up.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Team player and ability to collaborate with different departments.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Outlook, and basic knowledge of Excel.
