DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales managers and respond to customer and prospect queries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to foster and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide strategic support to sales managers across e-commerce, direct import, and retail business channels, ensuring operational excellence.
- Oversee the end-to-end account opening process, coordinating with internal teams to streamline and expedite activities.
- Conduct monthly margin analyses and implement necessary cost adjustments to maintain profitability.
- Manage and maintain a product catalog of over 1700 SKUs, ensuring accurate representation across prominent e-commerce platforms.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer-related issues, effectively communicating updates to the VP of Sales, Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Prepare high-quality support materials for sales presentations and meetings to drive impactful discussions.
- Perform market research, competitive retail analysis, and regular SKU audits on partner sites to optimize product representation and ensure accurate content.
- Monitor and analyze customer sales data to support forecasting, trend analysis, presentations, accruals, rebates, and internal reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to resolve issues related to pricing, terms, deductions, product availability, shipment delays, and other operational challenges.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate, with a strong track record of success.
- **E-commerce Expertise**: Prior experience working with major retailers in an e-commerce setting is highly desirable, particularly experience managing customer portals.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
