**What YOU Will Do**

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Communications and Marketing, you will undertake diverse tasks and responsibilities to support the members of the Communications and Marketing department. The department's mandate is to position the company to support business development, promote employee recruitment and mobilization, and manage its reputation.

**Responsibilities**:
Your main functions will involve supporting the Vice President and her three directors in the following tasks:

- Efficiently and proactively manage the Vice President's schedule, organize meetings, reserve rooms, and perform related tasks.
- Prepare agendas, draft documents and/or presentations, especially for team meetings, and follow up as necessary.
- Coordinate external translation requests between team members and translation service providers.
- Be responsible for the team's accounting tasks: track invoices and ensure proper allocation; follow up on monthly budget reports; reconcile expenses on the corporate credit card.
- Prepare expense accounts for managers and ensure payment follow-ups.
- Organize business trips (transportation ticket reservations, accommodation, restaurant bookings).
- Perform administrative tasks related to new employee integration (IT equipment, lists, access, invitations), event management (submissions, reservations, guest lists, etc.), production of promotional items, etc.
- Coordinate various photo and video shoots.
- Conduct online surveys.
- Maintain the team's holiday calendar.
- Ensure the update of the virtual library and other documents on SharePoint.
- Support the team's social life (birthdays, team-building activities, monthly meetings).

**What YOU Will Bring**
- 5 years of relevant experience in a support/administrative role for a team.
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or an Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in a relevant field.
- Excellent proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrate creativity, autonomy, and versatility.
- Exhibit precision and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess excellent organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and political acumen.
- Demonstrate ease in establishing interpersonal relationships.
- Show discretion and confidentiality.
- Exercise judgment and the ability to anticipate needs and/or requirements.
- Demonstrate integrity and kindness.
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
